A messaging tool is provided with the Homebase Essentials so you can follow-up with renters directly from your account.
To easily chat with renters, answer questions, and schedule showings, Ikos provides a messaging tool in Homebase Essentials. To use this feature, you need to log in to Homebase. After logging in, click on the property that you want to communicate about. The Messages tab will be the second from the left.
If you have a new message to read, you'll also see a red notification over the "mail" icon. You should also receive email/ text alerts (depending on your communication preferences) when prospective tenants ask for showings or send you new messages.
